How to perform
Step by step instructions for the Kettlebell Around The World exercise:1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in your right hand by the handle with your arm down by your side.
2. Engage your core and keep your back straight as you begin to move the kettlebell in a circular motion around your body.
3. Bring the kettlebell up and over your head, moving it in a clockwise direction around your head and back down behind your back.
4. As the kettlebell comes back down in front of your body, switch hands and grasp it with your left hand.
5. Repeat the circular motion, this time moving the kettlebell in a counterclockwise direction around your head and behind your back.
